Business System Analyst – A person with at least 5+ years of experience working with end users to develop business systems specifications that may be translated, by or with programmers, into an implementable system. A BSA would determine a user’s needs and then clarify those needs to the developers so proper specs can be written. This person will be able to balance the needs of diversified areas.

LAN/WAN Administration and Support - For these positions our consultants have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the field of Network communications, and at least 4 years hands-on experience working with the specific communication technology being requested. LAN Administrators are able to install and maintain local area network hardware and software, which may include: the ability to add/delete users, set up log on routines, manage network security and configure peripheral network resources; resolve problems with network traffic, security and server capacity; and define backup and storage procedures. This classification applies to several different positions, some of which are covered in the following:

    System Administrator - For these positions our consultants have a minimum of 4-5 years experience with multiple Unix or Windows environments. Experience with all aspects of job requirements including adding and installing software, maintaining LAN networks, and handling all related problems. A System Administrator is able to communicate effectively with upper management.

    Network Administrator – Has at least 5 years of experience installing and maintaining servers and networks which includes the use of devices such as routers, , hubs, etc.

    Desktop Support – Has a minimum of 2 years experience installing PC’s with all its required software, and assuring connectivity to the network.

    Help Desk - Has a minimum of 2 years experience with remote software problem identification and resolution. Some of the responsibilities include a familiarity with a number of software products including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, database management systems, electronic mail and communications. Help Desk support also possess a high level of interactive and analytical skills.
Database Administrator – Has at least 5 years working experience as a DBA; 3 or more with the specific database being requested. DBA’s have experience with ALL DBA functions including, but not limited to, both logical and physical design, stored procedures, backups, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and security issues.

Package Specialist – Has a minimum of 3-5 years experience implementing and customizing software packages for major corporate clients, and at least 2 years experience working with the specific package being requested. In addition, they have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are willing to offer informal training/knowledge transfer to the client population.

Project Management – Has at least 5-7 years project management experience. All project managers possess excellent oral and written communication skills (including proficiency in MS project). They have extensive experience dealing with all levels of management and are able to handle various projects simultaneously. Also, if a client requires a particular business application, the project manager will have at least 3 years experience working with that specific application in his/her most recent assignment. Familiarity with PM methodologies such as the PMI, CMM, and Six Sigma are present upon client request.

Software Developer/Programmer Analyst - Has at least 5 of experience designing, coding, modifying and testing a variety of business applications. The programmer analyst will also have experience working directly with users to define requirements and write specifications.

Technical Writer – Has at least 3-5 years experience writing for large corporations whose needs vary and may range from technical specs, manuals, web documentation, and flowcharting to direct marketing materials. excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills and generally have experience in the client's industry/application.

Testers - Have at least 3-5 years experience testing large applications with client server, mainframe or LAN systems. If a testing tool is required, the tester will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with that specific tool.
